3-5 years experience with Peachtree or similar accounting package.
This staff position is responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivables, processing hourly payroll, maintaining monthly Excel spreadsheets and assisting manager with special projects
Daily/Monthly Responsibilities
• Accounts Payable
• Maintaining correct invoice allocation spreadsheets
• Accounts Receivable
• Monitoring petty cash for all locations
• Cash Account Reconciliations
• Maintaining appropriate documentation for Fixed Assets
• Maintaining appropriate documentation for Journal Entries
• Bi-monthly hourly payroll reporting
Requirements:
3-5 years experience with Peachtree or similar accounting package.
Excel spreadsheet knowledge
Microsoft Outlook knowledge a plus
Processing hourly payroll a plus
Ability to work with minimal supervision
